Hello,

A Anthomyiidae found a garden, the may 11 2014, in France, Oxelaere,
Maybe a Hylemya vagans ?

Hylemya it is....but I can't see the subapical ad seta on the midfemur and if there are other setulae present behind the postocular row.
If there is no subapical ad present and no other setulae present behind the postocular row...it is indeed H. vagans.
Otherwise we have to consider H. urbica/variata, who also could have yellowish brown tibia.
