hey again...can anyone say something about this fly?
found in Voeren, Belgium, 14-09 at the side of a creek

thanks Tony, but could it also be L.maculosa? as it seems that L.riparia does not appear in Belgium...at least under this name (http://waarnemingen.be/familie/view/190)..maybe they use a pseudonym? I have been there once :)
I will try to make some better pictures...
