Main differents between Z. divisa and H. lancifer:

Zaphne divisa:
prealar shorter than posterior notopleural seta
2-3 fine hairs just behind the posterior notopleural seta
frontal vitta mostly orange
calypters less yellowish

Hydrophoria lancifer
prealar as long or longer than posterior notopleural seta
no fine hairs around the posterior notopleural seta
frontal vitta mostly black
calypters yellowish
