Hello,

A Keroplatidae found in France, Clairmarais, under a piece of decaying wood, in a cocoon (?), in a forest, the August 30 2014
Maybe a Cerotelion ?

The crossvein -- R2 or R4 depending on author -- ends in R1 so this should be Keroplatus. Additional character to check is laterotergite haired (Keroplatus) or bare (other Keroplatini).

With the cerci, maybe K. dispar ?

K. dispar appears to be correct, also based on wing venation and pattern.
