Could anybody help with the identification of the species shown in the attached picture? The photo was taken in France (Préfailles, Loire Atlantique) on a meadow located about 300 m from the shore of the Atlantic Ocean on 09-08-2014.

Chloropidae, maybe Meromyza sp.

Marcello is right. I have to check later with keys, but I'm not sure we can go much far from simply
Meromyza
