I found this fly also yesterday, and I think it was the same species.
But now looking at their legs, I think maybe another one..?

Phaonia angelicae : a golden yellow dusted species with yellow base of wings and calypters, yellow legs, posterior setae in 2 rows on mid tibia (not visible here), a shlightly protruding mouthedge (your second picture show well this), and hind tibia with an additionnal pd in basal third (visible on 1st picture).
