Milichiidae_Phyllomyza flavitarsis (female) is the correct name? Region Malá Fatra Terchová about altitude cca 650 m a. s. l. Thank you very much for your help. I made a photo of 11. 08 2014.

Chloropidae.The large, glossy ocellar triangle is well visible.

Oscinella frit L., female, Chloropidae. Compare many other commented images in Diptera.info. Dear Mucha Fero, you submitted already so many pictures of this genus/species!
