Probably Oscinimorpha spec., Chloropidae. Where has this photo been taken? Four genera of Oscinellinae are well known for their commensalism with Heteroptera, raptorious Diptera and spiders in Europe with their focus on the hemolymph of stinking or poisonous bugs: Tricimba, Conioscinella, Oscinimorpha and Trachysiphonella. The protruded gena of this species in combination with an elongate labellum of the proboscis is typical for Oscinimorpha Lioy, 1864. In any case, Trachysiphonella spp. can be excluded for this image. We presume that those chloropids become inattractive as prey for other insects.
