A Sarcophagidae found in France, Oxelaere, the july 24 2014, near the road, on Ombelliferous flower
I'm not sure if I have miss the genitalia

Looks like
Sarcophaga (Heteronychia) but I can't see the tip of the cerci. :) Take the last shot again when the pins have been removed ;)
