Hello,
A Opomyzidae found in France, Oxelaere, in a little wood, the may 19 2014,
Maybe Opomyza petrei with a light abdomen and a dark longitudinal stripe ?

Probably
Opomyza germinationis, but it could indeed also be a relatively dark
O. petrei. Not possible to be sure with only this photo available.

On the others pictures, the abdomen is darker, but it's certainly/maybe a light effect
