Tachinid fly found in the garden. Up till now I haven't found the name.

I have never seen such a fly in our garden.
There aren't many flies found in the Netherlands on Waarneming
http://waarneming...tos/210130 (without approval). And I think this one is wrong, when I look better, for the tibiae aren't totally black.
