Liriomyza sp. female, Agromyzidae. One of the many, many L. spp. which can only be identified after the male genitalia. It is not L. pusilla, which has a shining scutum with somewhat blue sheen (developing for example in Bellis perennis leaves, "Gänseblümchen").
