Maybe useful to add is that females of Neoitamus are hard to identify. We can exclude N. cothurnatus for she would have a large facial gibbosity, this one has rather small one. Two possible species are left for your region: N. socius or N cyanurus. Regarding the black dorsal sides of the metatarsi this would suggest N cyanurus. N. socius has most of the time red metatarsi with a black top. To be certain one would have to study the pattern of microtrichia on wings. From just a pictur,e this will remain Neoitamus cf cyanurus. (Which is also the most common species in NW Europe.)
