Billaea maritima was the first thing that came to mine but let's see if Theo refines his first attempt :)

One problem with not having a specimen is that we are left guessing what it looks like - rather than being able to examine it closely and see what it actually is. Tachinids have some variability and it is still possible to find new undescribed species in Europe but you need to be able to look at genitalia etc to prove it ;)
