Whauw, a very nice Billaea, something like B. maritima.
If you did not collect it, it is going to be pretty difficult.

Thanks Theo!
I have an upper view too. It would help?
Species recorded from Iberian Peninsula are:
Billaea adelpha, B. biserialis, B. irrorata, B. lata, B. maritima, B. marmorata, B. pectinata.

Are some of them out of rule? Are some of them more common? Maybe some of them are not found in Saragossa region, or not in the habitat mentioned, or doesn't fly in this time of year?

Billaea maritima was the first thing that came to mine but let's see if Theo refines his first attempt :)

One problem with not having a specimen is that we are left guessing what it looks like - rather than being able to examine it closely and see what it actually is. Tachinids have some variability and it is still possible to find new undescribed species in Europe but you need to be able to look at genitalia etc to prove it ;)
