Well, this is pretty much asked. I know how hard it is to get pictures, but one angle hardy ever suffice to get a good ID.
Well..this time we got lucky
The eyes are hairy but it does not seem to be a Hybomitra nor an Atylotus. That narrows it down pretty much.
Given the habitus and the locality, it is quite likely this is the male of Tabanus nemoralis. An Iberian specialty.
