I think this is an Anthomyiidae.
Is that the right family, and is it possible to be more specific from these photos?

Hi Martin,
Certainly anthomyiidae, females often having a reddish area on frons. 99% of my identifications are based on male genitalia so I'm afraid I can't go any further.
