Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Phasia aurulans female?

From my garden , Copenhagen, Denmark, yesterday.

I´m nearly 100% convinced, it´s P. aurulans, but have no key, and will be sure it`s not P. obesa female.

For a reliable ID we need to see the genitalia (it is female), however, it most certainly looks lilke aurulans !

Thanks!!

It´s the second female P. aurulans we meet on, and both have the "Crown" like the male on thorax when seen from behind in a very oblique angel , not visible from other angels. http://www.diptera.info/forum/viewthread.php?thread_id=32948

Is it a usefull and reliable sign?
