It don't think it is P. deprimata or bicolor. P. deprimata has a dark abdomen with greyish dusting, larger postpedicel reaching to mouth margin. The ventral setae on hind femur are also much too strong and long for female deprimata. There are quite a few Pegomya species in Sweden, not found in Britain, which are little known.
I will post a couple of photos of what I think is deprimata when I have taken them, be a few days time.
