At first, nice photos!
I have doubt about the dorsal preapical setae on the hindtibia.
I can't see clearly if there are three or two long preapical setae.
It almost looks if there are three equally long dorsal preapical setae, what could mean...Pegomya bicolor.
If two...than P. deprimata indeed becomes a possibility.

I show you the precise position of those dorsal preapical setae...
