Culicidae_Ochlerotatus rusticus (female) is the correct name? Region Malá Fatra Terchová about altitude cca 650 m a. s. l. Thank you very much for your help. I made a photo of 24. 05. 2014.

Not rusticus, which has scattered pale scales on the posterior part of the tergites (and often a central pale line joining the basal patches). From what I can make out from your photo, this is Ochlerotatus pullatus - in Central Europe, it is a montane species, though it occurs at lower altitudes in further north.
