Found in Las Matas, Madrid, on 08.04.2014 feeding on Thapsia sp. in area with abundant Cistus. Very peculiar head shape. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for any help! :)

WOW!!! This look like Brachymera letochai?!! It looks rather a Brachymera, at least.
