Hi,
can anyone help me identify these small fly?
I took the photo on 14 April 2014 Kokkola, Finland.

Judging by the ventral setae (longer towards the apex)) on hind femur it looks like Egle rhinotmeta.
Good photos, why not try photo stacking as you have a specimen? Then all the leg setae would be in focus.
