On 2014-04-06 I found a lot of these (about 5mm sized) flies sitting on a fallen beech in a forest near Marburg. Regards, Ingo

By the way, no doubt Nikita can tell the difference without any doubt (even if he is sitting upside down, I guess).

It's a male Delia sp. The hind femur, slightly swollen in distal half and with quite long ventral setae look interesting (1st photo). But if you don't have a specimen on a pin I can't say what species
