Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Can anybody help to identify the species?

Picture taken on 04.04.2014 in Hradec Kralove (Czechia) (about 200 m above sea level) on the edge of an oak forest. The insect was feeding on wild prune flowers.

Looks like Eristalinus sp. (Syrphidae)
