Thanks a lot for your reply, Chris!! :)

I am afraid these are the only photos of this specimen :( But I have much better pictures of another specimen feeding on the same flowers just a few minutes earlier. Only that the other one looks somehow different. The distance between the eyes looks a bit wider. Perhaps the female? No idea if both sexes can be told apart from external caracters in Phasia.

I am going to prepare pictures of the other specimen in a different thread as soon as I can ;)

But halteres are nearly impossible to photograph in Phasia :( They are always covered by those huge calypters :@ What should I look for in the face of the other specimen? That will help me to select the most useful views ;)
