Doean't look like Pangonius to me. Closer to Tabanus sp.?

Again, very difficult family. More views and great detail required. If you have more views of the specimen and particularly more detail of the head, frons and antennae, please, upload them. I am afraid not much can be said from this single picture in spite of being well in focus.

But the experts are the experts :) They might confirm at least the genus.
