Sympycnus?

I'm largely going by elimination: It's not Sciapodinae (in Europe they have M forked), Diaphorinae (they lack prepical bristles on femora), Dolichopodinae, or Hydrophorinae (dull colored and/or m-cu near wing margin). Rhaphium is superficially similar but has an apical arista. Campsicnemus has face narrow in middle.
