Photograph taken on 14 December, 2013, in the wetlands of the Suárez Pond, Motril, Granada, Spain.
Immediate area of the Mediterranean coast.
Apparent size with wings, about 12 mm

Callliphoridae indeed: Chrysomyia.
I can't be sure, but it seems to be Ch. megacepaha. A female.

I am not a specialist ;) but I know the species of this genus found in Spain well enough to assure you that it is indeed a female of Chrysomyia megacephala :) Great pictures!! :)
