I think this is Opomyza germinationis. Its look-alike O. petrei has a paler abdomen.

Indeed a male of Opomyza germinationis no doubt.

Thank you very much. I thought it could be another species because it was some smaller then the other O. germinationis I found here. Regards, Ingo
