According to the shown mating behavior in http://www.dipter...;pid=40982 I think it should be a Meiosimyza as well.
Found on a Urtica leaf in the evening of 2013-08-04 in the Burgwald, Hesse, Germany. Regards, Ingo

Honestly, I cannot see enough detail to say what species of Meiosimyza it is, though do I see a kind of shadow on the end of the longitudinal veins indicating it is rather Tricholauxania praeusta? But, I am not very convinced, because I do not see any other marking on crossveins etc.

Thank you very much. I've gone back to this mating location and have collected two flies. So I hope to get a few photos of them taken by a friend of mine in the next days. I'm just a videographer..
