Tussilago farfara that grew near. Size 8 to 8.5 mm.

This is
Odontomyia angulata, an early spring species. The male abdomen is covered in shining silver hairs - best shown in your first photo.

I think Tony means O. argentata.
O. angulata is a summer species with larger abdominal markings.
