Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Unknown Anthomyidae Portugal

Small fly, about 5 mm, on the trunk of a tree. Lisbon, Portugal.
Seems ''Anthomyia sp.'' to me but I may be wrong.

I would saved it for now as Anthomyia species.
From Portugal, there are more possibilities.
If you really want to know wich species it could be......I only can say ..collect!!

I think it is probably Anthomyia quinquemaculata Macq.
