I just received an answer from Mr. Fernando S. Carvalho-Filho, first author of the key. It turns out that the first two photos indeed show Nerius pilifer. The last photo is of some Glyphidops, a genus in which species identification can only be done with the use of several details which are not all visible even on the uncompressed photo.
