With your notice that they are indeed two different species, I followed the key and find the second specimen (last photo) has several elements which might place it out of the key (light-coloured part of the arista <1/5, legs light brown). The first species keys out to Nerius pilifer. I'll try to contact the authors of the key to confirm this.
