Seregiy, I think only two possibilities are on the table: (1) Eyes are haired, so T. quatuornotatus (no other species of this group in central Italy has three big black calli and polishes subcallus. (2) Flesh and light are playing any game with us, then eyes naked = T. glaucopis.
So, Justafly, can you enlarge pic of the right eye to see if the eyes are naked or haired.
