Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Possibly Suillia gigantea? =>yes (male)

Hello,
My first thread so please tell me if I do anything wrong, and my apologies if it is the case!
The following fly looks like to be a
Suillia gigantea if I refer to the criteria of the golden hair below the sternites; can you confirm this or tell me what it could be instead?
And if it is a
gigantea, would it be useful that I add it to the gallery? I have not been able to find any photo of it.

Very nice are also the spines and bristles on the middle femur. I like this species a lot. I have some collected in Hungary, but also in France. I received a nice series from Romania.

It is of course a male!
Note pls, that in the female abdominal sternites are sparsely haired only, and without such golden hairs as in the male specimen. Andrzej :)
