Taken in Gijon Botanical Gardens, S Spain, on October the 13th. I think it is Protocallipgora azurea, but I am not sure. Confirmation or correct ID will be most welcome :)

Hi Piluca,
It'd be Melinda viridicyanea, male, Calliphoridae

I was checking they keys now that I know the genus and I reached exactly the same conclusion than you, Hana!! Thank you soooo much!! ;) :) |t

It is the first time I photograph a Melinda for sure, and the first time that I work on those keys. It seems that I have interpreted them correctly, which makes me very happy :D
