found on 2012-09-08 at the Wollenberg, central Germany, on leafs near the ground of a forest.

Sciapus sp. female I think..., might be Sciapus platypterus comparing it to...

Sciapus has vein M forked. Some species have prominent spines under the fore femora. The vertex is excavated, usually conspicuously.

Sciapodinae and Diaphorinae usually perch with wings spread. Other subfamilies usually perch with wings overlapping.
