Could it be Dioctria claripennis ??

Loire-Atlantique, western France, July 08/2012.

cf hyalipennis, because of pruinosity on mesonotum, a very dark specimen. longicornis is really tiny has very long antennae a shiny black mesonotum and some other differences in colour.
