This is Nephrotoma appendiculata, to be recognized by the horshoe-shaped mark on the thorax behind the wings.
In Spain, southern France and Italy it is subspecies Nephrotoma appendiculata pertenua Oosterbroek, 1978, differing from N.a. appendiculata of remaining Europe in minor details ofthe hypopygium.
