Yes, that looks like a female
Solieria to me - so a bit tricky to take further (but maybe
S.pacifica?) :) The only things that are similar in the field in our area are
Dinera grisescens, which can be really hard to split in the field :)

Thanks Chris. With Tachinids I am quite happy enough just to get down to the genus!
