I guess that it must be a pollinator of some plant.
Beside Guadalfeo river (Granada, S Spain).

There are spines at Costa so i think it is Heleomyzidae

It could be Trixoscelididae, but I can not see if Sc and R1 end up together or separated in the costa. Seems to end together.
