Indeed Anthomyiidae
With relative short prealar, occiput with yellowish hairs, hind tibia with 2 av and genital ventrally projecting, i think Pegomya tabida could make a good change, but i only miss the 2 ad on the midtibia.
Maybe Stephen or Ackland can give also some comment on this interesting one...
