I can't see the gena unfortunately, (If gena be so narrow it is Chlropsina, otherwise, this is Chlorops genus), but I have to say that I am agree with Stephane, and it is Chlorops.
Also maybe C. cf varsoviensis. :)

Except dissenting opinion, I guess, as Chlorops cf. varsoviensis, I can upload to gallery.
