I didn't notice to orbital setae, definitely it's not

I can't see the gena unfortunately, (If gena be so narrow it is
Chlropsina, otherwise, this is
Chlorops genus), but I have to say that I am agree with Stephane, and it is
Chlorops.
Also maybe
C. cf
varsoviensis. :)
