Coastal area in southern Spain
Photograph taken on November, 12, 2011, in the wetlands of the Suárez Pond, Motril, Granada, Spain.
Immediate area of the Mediterranean coast.
Approximate size, no antennae or tails 7 mm

Ephydridae,
Notiphila I think.
With my key, I stop at
Notiphila riparia with the antennae partly reddish...

Wait for an expert confirmation please.
I just have red in another key that
Notiphila aquatica is very close to
N. riparia : the difference is in the tibiae that rather brown than yellow (especially the fore tibia). It seems it could be the case for your fly.

Okay. I acknowledge that I am ignorant for identification. I just think I can do the photos. So I always ask and you respect the opinion of experts.

Antennae yellow completely, face with rather strong hairs, fore tibiae yellow, hind tibiae with black band, eye-to-cheek ratio more than 5:1, if i see midtibia colour yellow correctly here - then it is N.riparia. B)

I am ignorant to identify. But I understand that the parameters that you point out, leads to the conclusion that if Notiphila riparia.
With this conclusion I edit the title and confirmation. So other experts, may also give their opinion.
