Hello Sara,
This fly is so small, you have to come so close to it, that it flies away even when you breath, that I'm already happy with these results as I have a small digital camera. I am even amazed every time that this camera can sharpen such a small insect, as with my eyes I can see only a small spot.
These pictures seemed to be better than other ones I had, but I think we must stick to a uncertain Elachiptera spec. or even a Chloropidae spec...?
Thanks for your reaction!!
Regards,
Hedy

If I seen correct, seems there are some long orbital setaes and again if I be more correct seems they are 3 numbers...?
So I guess it is
Elachiptera sp. but just 50% for sure! ;)

Hello Sara,
I appreciate your efforts and it is hard to see.
So I make a Chloropidae spec. and add to details: maybe Elachiptera spec. (50%).
Then everybody is happy, especially me..:)
Thanks for your help!

Hedy
