Sounds good according to the Conops key (http://home.hccne...html#item5) except that the hill containing the ocelli has not exaxctly the same colour as the eyes. The other alternatives, however, are still much less matching.
I am by far no Conopidae expert but I find the Van Veen key easy to handle :).
