Who can ID this fly
Seen in riverine grassland on Angelica flowers 3 aug. 2011 along river IJssel in the Netherlands

Thank you Erikas for the fast reply.
We have in the Netherlands three Solieriaspecies: S. pacifica, S. fenestrata and S. inanis .
After studying the pictures and the Tschorsnig Herting key I think to arrive at S. pacifica
